We suffered a catastrophic fire at our rental building that displaced 19 tenants. Coast Construction was a great blessing to us in our worst time of need. We were in shock and traumatized, and our tenants were even more so. Coast stepped in and coached us through the whole process, from emergency board-up of the building, to what to say to our tenants, to providing our tenants with food and drink while we waited around for five hours for the fire to be put out and all the ensuing work that followed. There were other fire damage construction companies present, but Coast provided by far the most complete service. They gave us a lot of invaluable information, both verbally at the time, and in writing for us to read later. The literature they gave us included very detailed explanations of all the things that happen after a fire, all the work that would need to be done, and many of the scams to watch out for. Coast came out again the next day to help us through the process of getting the tenants’ possessions out, and the process of disconnecting from the tenants, so that they could move on. CC has a big office that is staffed by knowledgeable estimators, people that used to work in the insurance industry and know how the game is played, as well as experienced builders. They are obviously very passionate about helping people through one the most stressful and scary events they will ever experience.

I found this company when I was looking for a reliable and reputable company to help with water damage repairs. If you need any water or fire damage repairs done, this is the company you want! I was so stressed over the water damage in my home and didn't know where to start. This company made the whole experience so easy and stress free. After our initial contractor ghosted us, I reached out to Kevin with Coast. From our initial conversation he was incredibly helpful and immediately got our project back on track, taking care of everything (including working with the insurance company). Linda Larez was our project manager and working with her was amazing. She was in constant communication, keeping us informed throughout the entire process and guiding us through the many decisions that we needed to make. She was so thoughtful and clearly cared about making sure everything went right and that we would be pleased with the work. We couldn't be happier with the work and service that Coast provided. Coast Construction took care of the reconstruction after a big fire. We weren't planning to do a remodel so it was scary at first. The project team and their carpenters did a great job fixing us up. One of their managers Mike M stayed in touch and made sure we understood our schedule and what to expect. The estimator team worked with my insurance company to help get the most value out of our home and the construction. A+ service from the night of emergency, they have a big emergency response team!, to the final inspection. Super happy they were able to help us!

Finding a company as reliable and responsive as Coast Construction is a rarity. They are lifesavers!! I've had my share of flakey contractors who left me in the dark or left things unfinished. Coast is the total opposite. After my house burned essentially to the ground... I worked with Linda who was so awesome . She was my go-to during the entire rebuild process. I didn't know what to do after a fire. Linda worked with my insurance company and took the stress off of me. I was able to get ahold of them even at night when my insurance was giving me different stories. For anyone who is looking to rebuild after a fire (or flood), I cannot recommend Coast Construction enough.

Our bathroom was flooded and horribly damaged. We are so lucky we found Jairo and Yoni. They led us through the whole restoration process and worked faster than we thought possible. Our bathroom is beautiful now. These guys really know what they're doing. Incredibly great experience!
