An insurer’s estimate reflects the insurer’s initial reconstruction position. Major projects continue to develop as structural conditions, code requirements, engineering, permits, material details, and construction sequencing become clearer.

We work directly with insurers regarding the reconstruction project. We thoroughly review the insurer’s reconstruction position to determine whether it is complete, and we bring needed additions or deficiencies to the insurer’s attention when the work required to properly complete the project has not been fully recognized.

Kenyon boarded them up super tight with no trespassing signs everywhere. He did a great job and had a great attitude about it. Pricing was as expected for such a big job.
