Service Area
Coast Construction serves six Bay Area counties from our base in San Leandro. Primary coverage in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, with select coverage in San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, and Solano Counties.

Primary and extended service area.
Most of our reconstruction work is concentrated in Alameda County and Contra Costa County. These are the areas where we maintain the closest relationships with building departments, inspectors, and subcontractors, and where we can respond consistently throughout every phase of a project.
We also accept select projects in surrounding areas when the scope, location, and project requirements are a good fit.

Primary counties — Alameda and Contra Costa — are served without restriction. These are the counties where Coast Construction has been most active since 1983 and where we maintain the deepest permit and building department relationships.
Select coverage in San Francisco (residential only, west of Van Ness and north of Potrero Hill) and San Mateo County (east of Hwy 35/I-280, near the bridges).
Limited coverage in Marin County (Hwy 101 corridor only — not coastal Marin) and Solano County (Vallejo, American Canyon, Fairfield, Benicia, Suisun City).
Emergency board-up is available throughout the full Bay Area with no county exclusions, approximately one hour response from San Leandro.

Alameda County
Primary
Full county coverage. Our home base — San Leandro is in Alameda County, and we have been working here since 1983. Familiar with all Alameda County building departments.
Contra Costa County
Primary
Full county coverage. We are on call lists for Contra Costa County fire departments and have extensive project history throughout the county.
San Francisco
Select
Residential projects west of Van Ness Avenue and north of Potrero Hill. We take select San Francisco projects based on scope and schedule availability.
San Mateo County
Select
Eastern San Mateo County — east of Hwy 35/I-280, near the bridges. We serve communities accessible from the Bay Bridge and San Mateo Bridge corridors.
Marin County
Limited
Hwy 101 corridor only. We do not serve coastal Marin — Stinson Beach, Bolinas, Muir Beach, or other locations west of 101. All 101-corridor communities below are within our service area.
Solano County
Limited
We are on the City of Vallejo fire department call list for board-up. Reconstruction projects in Solano County are taken on a select basis in the communities listed below.
